Type: Unpressed fresh cheese made of natural pasteurised goat milk.
Presentation: Cylindrical block with rounded edges. An ideal fresh cheese to serve as an appetiser before any type of meal. Produced all over the country, although it is originally from Valladolid, and is also known as Patamulo cheese.

Storage temperature: 0-5ºC.
