Presentation: Uses the same raw materials as our fresh cheeses, although with the addition of lactic fermenting agents. A painstaking ripening process lasting 2 months results in a gentle, aromatic cheese with an excellent flavour, perfect for enjoying at any time of day, together with appetisers.
Delicious and reminiscent of home-made cheeses from the past.

Rind colour: Black.

Format: Servilleta.

Storage temperature: 8ºC.

Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep milk, rennet, calcium chloride, salt and lactic fermenting agents.
