Type: Ripened sheep milk cheese.

Presentation: Produced using the finest milk from the Maestrazgo mountain range, ripened for approximately 6 months, resulting in an excellent flavour, which due to its maturity is best enjoyed with a fine wine. Produced in a small, round format with flat edges, weighing approximately 1.2 kilos with a black rind. Completely hand-made, its delicate production process results in an excellent cheese with an unbeatable price – quality ratio.

Rind colour: Black.

Format: Portuguese.

Storage temperature: 8ºC.

Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep milk, rennet, calcium chloride, salt and lactic fermenting agents.
