Type: Ripened natural sheep milk cheese. Awarded the Best Spanish Cheese prize.



Presentation: Cheese produced in the Region of Valencia in the province of Castellón. Made using pure, natural sheep milk, with an excellent, highly aromatic, creamy flavour, ripened for 1 month to produce a soft cheese. Its delicious flavour is reminiscent of home-made cheeses from the past.



Awarded the Best Spanish Cheese prize at the 2011 World Cheese Awards, and classified amongst the 16 finest cheeses in the world.


Rind colour: Black.

Format: Tronchón.

Approximate weight and packaging: 1,2 Kg.

Storage temperature: 8ºC.

Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep milk, rennet, calcium chloride, salt and lactic fermenting agents.
