Presentation: Tronchon type, made in the Region of Valencia, in the province of Castellón. Made of goat milk with a smaller percentage of sheep milk (depending on the time of year), rennet, salt and calcium chloride.


Approximate weight and packaging: 0,5 Kg.

Storage temperature: 0-5ºC.

Ingredients: Pasteurised goat milk, calcium chloride, rennet and salt.

Shelf life: 10 days.
